Mr. Consul will be absent for the next 3 days helping supervise the grade 9 retreat at Muskoka Woods.

Mr. Kim will lead the class on Monday and Wednesday.

1. Considering Facebook had a 25 Billion valuation, do you think the Twins deserved the
   settlement amount of 65 million? Explain why or why not.
2. Considering Edwardo owned 35% of the company prior to being squeezed out, if you were Edwardo, how much would you agree to settle for. Explain your answer as if your giving a written statement to the opposing lawyer
